Kingfisher

Fished a very warm and sunny afternoon from Warcop to Ploughlands on the Wednesday. Again very little rising and only connected with 3 medium trout and 1 small grayling.

Missed the big old wise trout in the pool at the bridge, my own fault as I was not concentrating but watching the kingfisher darting about.

A very pleasant 4-5 hrs with no one around except the farmers sillaging.
