Early days

Spent 2.5 hours around hen house corner on the Eden on Saturday 19th March and blanked. A visitor from Carlisle Anglers had 1 fish, about 1.5 lb on worm. Apparently, there'd been a decent hatch of LDO's earlier but nothing had moved to them. Also plenty of midges about. Water in the pools was only 8 degrees C (likely to be cooler still in moving water) so it's no surprise that nothing's moving yet.
